RED Article 3.3 EU Delegated Act 2019/320

RED 에는 Delegated Act 라고 해서, RED 의 Article 3.3 의 필수 요구 사항 (Essential Requirements) 이지만, 아직 시행되지 않은 항목들이 있습니다. 최근 RED CA (May 19) 에서 논의된 내용을 공유 드리고자 합니다.

1. Emergency Call Requirements,
RED 3.3(g)

EU 에서는 2022 년 3월 17일부터, RED Article 3.3(g) 에 해당하는 Emergency Call (이하 e-call) 요구 사항을 시행할 예정입니다. 이 요구 사항은 Hand-held mobile telephones 제품에만 적용되며, 사용자가 E-call 을 하였을 때, GNSS (Galileo 등) 와 WiFi 등을 통해 확인 된, 사용자의 위치 정보를 해당 기관에게 제공해야 합니다. 이에 대한 규격으로는 ETSI TS 103 625 등을 기본으로 Harmonized Standard (이하 HS) 논의 중이며, 해당 하는 HS 가 RED 의 OJEU 에 등재되지 않는 경우, NB 의 승인서가 필수로 요구 됩니다.

2. Cybersecurity and Privacy,
RED 3.3(d,e,f)

Cybersecurity and Privacy 와 관련된, RED 3.3 (d,e,f) 에 대한 논의도 계속 되고 있습니다. 이 요구 사항은 IoT (Internet of Things) 제품으로 Internet 에 접속할 수 있는 무선 제품에 적용될 예정입니다. 최근 무선 기기가 늘어남에 따라, Baby monitor, 로봇 청소기 등이 해킹을 당하면 개인 정보가 유출되고 이를 이용한 범죄가 늘어나고 있어, 이를 예방하기 위한 최소한의 요구 사항입니다. 이에 대한 규격으로는 ETSI EN 303 645, IEC 62443-4-2 등이 논의되고 있습니다.

아래 EN 규격은 현재 만료 예정이거나 만료된 규격 이며, Date of withdraw 까지는 이전 버전과 이후 버전의 규격을 선택하여 적용가능하며, Date of withdraw 이후 에는 이전 버전 규격은 사용할 수 없습니다.
