(캐나다: C-V2X) OBU 기기의 기술 기준 RSS-252 Issue 3 (Draft)
ISED 는 지난 2025년 8 월 27일, C-V2X 의 OBUs(On-board units) 기기에 대한 기술기준인 RSS-252 를 개정 하고자 Consultation 을 발표 하였으며, 2025년 11월 10일 까지 의견 수렴 후 개정 예정 입니다.
주요 내용은 5895-5925 MHz 대역에서 채널 할당 및 Unwanted emission 제한치가 FCC 와 동일한 수준으로 완화하는 사항이며, FCC 와 상이하게 별도의 Geofencing 기능 등은 별도로 추가하지는 않았습니다.

(캐나다: 전자파흡수율) RSS-102.SAR.MEAS and ETC
캐나다 ISED는 2025년 8-9월에 걸쳐, RSS-102.SAR.MEAS Issue 2를 비롯한 RF Exposure Series에 대한 규격들을 발표하였습니다. 6개월의 유예기간을 거친 후, 신규 버전이 강제화 될 예정입니다.
기존에 인증받은 제품도, 강제화 시점 이후에 캐나다에 제조, 수입, 유통, 판매되는 경우, 최신 규격요건을 만족해야 하며, HW/SW의 변경이 있을 경우, 변경 인증 진행이 필요합니다.
- RSS-102.SAR.MEAS issue 2, “Measurement Procedure for Assessing Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Compliance in Accordance with RSS-102”
- TAS (Time-Averaged SAR) 신규 요구사항 추가: 비지상 네트워크 NTN, BT 등

- TAS Motion Sensor 가이드 추가

(캐나다: 무선 시험) ANSI C 63.10 업데이트
ISED는 비면허 대역의 무선 규격인 ANSI C 63.10 의 업데이트 적용을 단계별로 전환 시행한다고 발표했으며, 2025년 9월 12일부터 적용됩니다. 전환일 이후에는 제조, 수입, 유통, 임대 및 판매되는 모든 제품에 최신 규격이 소급 적용됩니다. 규격 전환 일정은 하기 타임라인 및 첨부된 링크를 통해 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
