BIS 신규 대상 품목군 (Phase V) 발표 및 Phase IV 제품군 시행일자 연장

인도 정통부 (MEITY)는 2020년 10월 1일 Phase V 신규 대상 품목군을 발표하였습니다. 이에 따라 Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS)으로 규제하는 제품군 수가 총 63개로 증가되었습니다. 다만, 2020년 10월 1일부로 강제화 예정이던 Phase IV 제품군은 2021년 4월 1일로 연장되어 Phase V 제품군과 강제화 시기가 동일해졌습니다.

브라질

ANATEL 인증 갱신을 위한 특별 절차 연장

지난 HCT Insight Issue 1에서 COVID-19로 인한 브라질 ANATEL 인증 갱신의 특별 절차를 안내드렸습니다. 2020년 6월 30일까지의 인증 완료 모델들에 한했던 인증 갱신 연장 절차가, 2020년 12월 31일 기간 내 인증 완료 모델들까지로 연장되었습니다. 기존 갱신 시에는 현지 시험 및 사진 제출이 원칙이었으나, 제품에 변경이 없는 경우 Official Letter 제출하여 인증 갱신이 진행될 예정입니다.

멕시코

통관 요건 업데이트

2020년 10월 1일, 멕시코 통관 요건이 업데이트 되었습니다. 기존에는 B2B 제품에 대해서 라벨 규격이 면제되었고, 시장에서만 패키지 라벨 및 품질 보증 규격의 적합 여부를 확인하였습니다. 그러나 SNICE Annex 2.4.1이 업데이트됨에 따라, 멕시코 통관 요건이 아래와 같이 변경되었습니다.

통관에서 패키지 라벨 및 품질 보증 규격을 확인하며, 부적합할 경우 통관 지연 및 벌금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
제품에 적용되는 라벨 규격 확인 후, 해당 인증서 취득 및 적합한 라벨 부착이 필요합니다. (일부 전기 전자 제품의 경우, NOM-024-SCFI-2013 규격이 적용되며, 제품군별로 라벨 규격 적용 여부 확인이 필요합니다.)
이는 수출 전에 라벨 규격을 만족시키거나, 아래 조건을 만족하는 기준으로 멕시코 수입 후 30일 이내에 라벨 규격을 만족시켜야합니다.

패키지 라벨 및 품질 보증 요건

NOM 마크, 제품 정보, 브랜드명, 모델명, 정격, 수입자 정보, 수입자 전화번호, 제조국, 구성품 등의 내용이 들어가 있는 라벨이 필요합니다.
품질 보증을 위한 현지 A/S 정보 포함이 필요합니다.

일본

920MHz 대역을 사용하는 소전력무선시스템의 기술기준 변경

2020년 10월 27일 소전력무선시스템의 기술기준이 변경되었습니다. 기존에는 920MHz 대역을 사용함에 있어 Carrier sense 기능이 필수였으나, 기술기준의 변경으로 LDC(Low Duty Cycle) 및 주파수호핑(FH) 방식으로도 인증이 가능하도록 기술기준이 추가 되었습니다. 추가된 기술기준을 적용하고자 할 경우에는, RF 특성에 영향에 따라 일부 시험을 추가하여 인증 진행이 가능합니다.

일본

디지털무선전화 기술기준의 변경

2020년 12월 10일 전파법 시행규칙 및 무선설비규칙의 일부가 개정되었습니다. 주요 개정사항으로는 디지털무선전화에 사용하는 주파수대역이 일부 확장됨에 따라, 기존에 5MHz 대역폭에서 1899.1MHz의 1채널로 사용하였으나, 1891MHz, 1914.1MHz 주파수를 추가로 사용할 수 있게 되었습니다.
