ECC Decision (04)08 개정(5 GHz WAS/RLAN 관련

2021년 7월 2일 5 GHz 대역의 *WAS/RLAN에 대한 ECC Decision (04)08 문서에 Annex 1: Harmonised Technical Conditions이 추가되었으며, 주요 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

Frequency Bands (WAS/RLAN)	주요 Technical Conditions
5150-5250 MHz	ㆍIndoor use (200 mW, Max. mean EIRP) ㆍIncluding installation inside road vehicles, trains and aircraft, and limited outdoor use (*inside road vehicles: 40 mW max. mean EIRP) ㆍ적절한 Spectrum sharing mechanism 필요
5250-5350 MHz	ㆍIndoor use only (inside buildings only) (200 mW, Max. mean EIRP) ㆍInstallations in road vehicles, trains and aircraft are not permitted. ㆍDFS, TPC 등 적절한 spectrum sharing mechanism 필요.
5470-5725 MHz	ㆍIndoor and Outdoor use (1 W, Max. mean EIRP) ㆍInstallations in road vehicles, trains and aircraft and use for Unmanned Aircraft Systems are not permitted ㆍDFS, TPC 등 적절한 spectrum sharing mechanism 필요.

EU 5G NR 주파수 할당 현황

2021년 9월 02일, ECO (European Communications Office) 에서 발행한 ECO Report 03 에 따르면, 3400-3800 MHz / 24.25-27.50 GHz 대역에서 5G NR 및 MFCN (Mobile/Fixed Communication Network) 용도로 할당된 EU 국가리스트는 다음과 같습니다.
